Services

Telehealth Psychology Sessions

I offer confidential individual psychology sessions tailored to each person’s needs and goals, via secure video or phone calls. If requested, therapy can include an Islamic perspective alongside psychological approaches, recognising each person’s uniqueness and taking a fully collaborative approach. I support women with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, identity, and spirituality, among others. All sessions are conducted with care that respects each person’s culture and personal journey. If you’re unsure whether my services are a good fit, please reach out, I’d be happy to answer your questions.

Fees

Session fees range from $80 to $100, depending on individual circumstances. As I am currently based outside Australia, Medicare rebates are not available at this time.

I aim to keep fees below standard private practice rates to help make support more accessible.

Welcome!

I’m Hawaa Dajan, a Registered Psychologist with a Master’s in Professional Psychology and a member of the Australian Psychological Society. I support clients across Australia through phone and video call sessions. Some of the issues I address include anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, workplace issues, spirituality, identity, relationships, parenting, and family matters, among others

My primary focus is women’s mental health, and I have worked in public community mental health settings supporting clients with severe and complex concerns. I also support individuals in crisis, providing flexible, compassionate care that meets clients where they are.

I use evidence-based interventions and place great importance on building strong therapeutic relationships grounded in trust and emotional safety. When requested, therapy can incorporate Islamic principles, providing a holistic framework that blends faith and psychology to support wellbeing. Using a Cognitive Behavioral framework, I go beyond active listening to work collaboratively with clients, offering practical tools and strategies to manage thoughts, emotions, and patterns that can contribute to distress. I respect each client’s culture and personal background, ensuring they feel heard, understood, and supported as we work together towards achieving their goals.
